TUITION REFUND POLICY

1. The student who withdraws from the program before the designated group arrival date is granted a full refund, less a $50 service fee.
2. The student who withdraws from the program between the designated group arrival and the first day of class is granted a full refund, less a $300 service fee.
3. From the student who withdraws from the program during the first week of class 50% of tuition fees in addition to a $500 service fee is retained.
4. After the first week of class no refunds are given.
5. Refund balances for the student who has withdrawn from the program are returned directly to the sponsoring institution of the student in question, unless specified otherwise by the ICS.
